We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Mobius-Lab through its website for your own engineering design work, in line with these terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

04Ownership

Mobius-Lab, including its software, design engines and methods of implementation, user interface, report formats and templates, documentation, name and logo, is owned by Yap Han Yin and protected by copyright and other laws. 06Your drawings and the outputs

07Engineering responsibility

Mobius-Lab is a calculation aid for competent engineers. Results depend entirely on the drawings and inputs you provide and on the stated design codes. You must check all inputs, results, drawings and reports before you rely on them or issue them. Mobius-Lab does not replace professional judgement, and the engineer submitting a design remains fully responsible for it.

08No warranty and limits of liability

09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we stop offering it. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 04, 05, 07, 08 and 11 continue to apply after your access ends.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when paid plans start. The version date above will change, and you will be asked to accept the new version before you can continue running designs.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
